Back home again

We’re back home again. We had a smooth trip from Newcastle on Tyne to IJmuiden (Amsterdam harbor) and a smooth ride home. It’s good to see the cat and my parents again, who took care of the house while we were in Scotland.

We slept in this morning, so no yoga today. It was time to get organised. When you’ve got your own company work calls as soon as you return from a holiday.

No training back home

Best thing of coming home; Boullart placed the PVC floor in the yoga shala. It was a pretty noisy job, according to my mum. So it’s good we planned for it to happen during our holiday.

Travelling, organizing, and catching-up with my parents means this is a day without training. My legs feel good though.
