Santa Claus is a trail runner

Santa Claus is a trail runner. I think. Why? Because he got me beautiful Christmas presents. Running gear. All but one. But that one was even more beautiful, and kind of a running present at the same time.

Let’s start with the running gear. La Scimmia Yoga is my sponsor. This blog is a La Scimmia Yoga project and I have two La Scimmia Yoga running shirts. However, I now also have two The Running Dutchman shirts. And not only shirts, also two running beanies.

Color coordinated

One of The Running Dutchman shirts is bright orange, with blue stripes, the other one is blue with orange stripes. Same for the beanies. Very color coordinated. And I got some cool Salomon sunglasses with them as well. They always say that Santa Claus lives on the North Pole, but I am not so sure about that. Seeing his fashion taste, he might be from Milan.

But that’s not all. I got more. A running-ish present. As you might have guessed from my logo, I like the work of Keith Haring. Stefano Ledda, the Italian digital designer, made my logo, inspired by Haring’s work. And for Christmas I got … the Red Running Heart of Keith Haring. Well, a print of it of course, but still, it’s beautiful

Writing blogs

I am going to hang it in the living room, opposite the sofa, where I always sit in the evening to write these blog posts and to read. That way I can look at it every day.

So thank you Santa Claus, you knew precisely what I wanted for Christmas.
