I did a triathlon this weekend, yet I'm getting frustrated and impatient. Why? Because I still can't run.

I have a new plan. Plan B, which means a new race. So Mallorca, here we come.

Two days and Sara and I will be in Livigno, Italy for my last training camp before the CCC. To walk, not to run.

First run in Italy done; Viserba – Rimini – Viserba. It didn’t go as hoped, but at least I ran again.

Out for a run with Sara. We started in the sun, now we’re getting soaked. A good preparation for the ERYRI.

We’re out for an easy run. For Sara to test her left knee, for me to loosen up my legs for the Run Forest Run 43 km’s.
