I have a frozen shoulder. With a little bit of luck I’ll be fine in a few months. Without luck I’ll be fine in 3 years.

Back from the physiotherapist. Nice guy, painful treatment. Yet, my shoulder is still a question mark.

So, it’s going to happen. Coming Monday, January 30, I’ll be at the physiotherapist, having my shoulder checked.

My plan was to run today. I didn’t because of the rain. Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny. I am a good weather runner.

Medical update; there is no tear in my rotator cuff. Or at least not anymore. The bad news is, my shoulder still hurts.

I don’t think running a marathon, 10 days from now, is going to be wise. Redesigning my trainingschedule.

I have torn my rotator cuff. I knew something was wrong with my right shoulder, I just couldn’t figure out what.

I have time, but I’m not training twice a day. Which is why I’m struggling with myself these days.
