Resting day today. It feels strange to step out of bed and not do any sports. Normally I run first thing in the morning.

Went out with Sara for her 5th run today. Five times 1 minute. She’s smiling all the time. I was smiling a little less.

I run, because I don’t watch television. I don’t even own one. Getting rid of it, is the best thing I’ve ever done.
